By using the CallaDriver.in service, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. Calladriver.in reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

1. All Customers and Drivers have to register and login for placing booking on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your bookings from the site and it is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential.


2. Bookings will be made to the booking address that you specify when you confirm your bookings.


3. You are responsible for ensuring that any authorized person is present at the Booking address and specified time of pickup..


4. All the services listed on calladriver.in will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned are applicable at the time of placing an order.


5. You as a customer can cancel your order 1Hr before start time on a particular day for which you have placed abooking by calling our customer service or App. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any booking which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such bookings. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any bookings placed by them.


6. If Booking is cancelled within/less than 1 hour of start time or once the driver arrived , then customer have to pay Rs100 or Travel Fare to the driver.


7. CallADriver website/MobileApp is intended to provide service for the customers to identify the nearby Acting Drivers quickly and easily.


8. Company reserves the right to change the fares as and when required.


9. CallADriver is only a service to identify nearby Drivers and it does not charge anything from the customer for this service. However this subject to change at any time.


10. Please insist the driver to display his driving licence every time the driver reports for your booking; verify that the details and photo match with the info provided by the app during booking confirmation.


11. Please provide your feed back in CallADriver application about the driver at the end of the trip.


12. The fare calculation in the app is based on the current market standards.


13. The payment for the trip has to be made directly to the driver.


14. Tips is not mandatory. The option is given with an intention to attract the drivers when you are trying to book an appointment at last minute or when there is more demand for Acting Drivers.


15. Its your own interest to provide tip to the driver. Driver can not demand any tips unless you specify the tip amount during booking.


16. We recommend to engage CallADriver service only if your vehicle is covered under a comprehensive insurance through a credible motor vehicle insurer in India. CallADriver or the driver identified through the service would not be a party, convict or witness to any legal proceedings held by any court of Law due to such incidents, loss or thefts.


17. Please do not insist and/or encourage the driver for overspeeding, jumping traffic signals, driving in wrong lane/side, overtaking, offroading, race/competition etc.


18. Please do not support, insist and/or encourage the driver to drive the vehicle under any influence of alcohol, drugs etc. as the responsibility of doing so is totally borne by you.


19. We strictly recommend NOT to leave any cash, valuables, precious items like laptops, mobiles, wallets, handbags, luggage etc in the vehicle and/or in possession of the drivers.


20. CallADriver Service or any driver engaged through it will NOT be responsible for any loss, theft or damage.


21. CallADriver Service will not hold any responsiblity for the misbehaviour of drivers.


22. CallADriver Service and driver identified through the service does not hold any responsibility for loss and /or damage of your vehicle and/or your occupant's safety like theft, sabotage, kidnapping etc...


23. CallADriver Service takes the best effort to identify the nearby drivers based on their availability.


24. CallADriver Service and the driver engaged through the service hold the full right to accept or decline any booking at their own discretion.
